TodayTix - Theatre Tickets 4+

I started using TodayTix a few years ago when I lived in New York City. I found it a great app to purchase tickets and used it regularly. When covid hit in March 2020 and everything shut down for a few months, TodayTix provided credits for the shows that hadn’t gone ahead, but I moved back to Australia before the theaters in NY opened again so I thought the vouchers were lost to me. However I was pleasantly surprised when I recently realized they were still valid and reached out to TodayTix about using them in Australia. They replied to my query in less than 24 hours and converted my three separate vouchers from USD to AUD and I was able to use them to purchase a ticket to see Phantom of the Opera in Sydney last weekend.

So while I would’ve happily recommended TodayTix before, I would now highly recommend them based on this experience

I entered the Today Tix lottery last week and won $45 seats for tonight’s show!!And man, what great seats they were! Row N in the stalls - dead centre!

So pleased to say that we ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT!! It was magical and fabulous and special.

I’ve been a huge fan of Jack Chambers since he won the first season of SYTYCD all those years ago and he certainly doesn’t disappoint as Bert. Just perfect in the role.
Stefanie Jones is the perfect Mary, just a beautiful first position 😂
I really loved the actor playing Mrs Banks (Lucy Maunder) she actually reminded me of the American Broadway actress Jane Krakowski.
Tonight in the roles of Jane and Michael Banks we had Chloe Delle-Vedove and William Steiner, they were both wonderful. Great little actors and hit their marks throughout. In fact, Darcy said they should get a bow to themselves, they bow with Mr and Mrs Banks and they are on stage far more often!
Nancye Hayes - grand dame - was just perfect at the Bird Lady. This song is my favourite from Mary Poppins. So to hear her sing it was so special. I sat forward in my chair and breathed her in!

When you buy your tickets I don’t suggest you get a weekend matinee or there will be many little kids!!
In saying that - DO TAKE YOUR KIDS!! This is the perfect introduction or re-introduction to live theatre! E
It’s a beautiful night out and a magical show!

Had a wonderful time at Moulin Rouge on Saturday night with my granddaughter. The scenery and costumes were spectacular as was the dancing and singing. I liked the fact that a lot of more modern songs were part of the show. We had great seats too! Tina Went to Tina last night with a good friend and we absolutely enjoyed the whole experience. The acting and singing was excellent and we were amazed how energetic Tina was! She must have been exhausted after the show especially as she had already performed a matinee that day!

Went to see Mamma Mia yesterday and absolutely loved the Australian version of this great show! The music and the dancing were terrific as was the costuming! I highly recommend using TodayTix to get reasonably priced tickets for the show as they make it more affordable for everyone to see great performances!
