Love the game BUT, there are things that can be better
I’m really loving the game so far but there are parts that could be improved, the combat aspect and the storytelling. I would love if the game could have a toggle between automatic fighting and manual fighting so I could be more hands on during the fights. I also wish that there’s an option to go backwards in the story instead of starting over if you missed a picture or something. Thank you for taking the time to read this, I just want to say that the game is already amazing, it could be better though!
Uses AI, heavy pay to win, disappointing.
In the story, basically all of the backgrounds have been generated by AI, which has heavily disappointed quite a few of the players of this game (including me). It's upsetting to look at especially because of the fact that the story also includes wonderfully illustrated panels that look like an official manga/manhwa; so it's clear to me that the game devs are capable of paying a real artist to draw a few backgrounds.
About the game being pay to win, it seems to be a very huge problem. I've seen a lot of people complain about not being able to progress through the story due to episodes being case-locked. Case-locked meaning you have to beat certain stages/cases in game to pass through the story, upgrade things in-game, etc., with the cases being too hard for the average f2p player without having to wait a few days to upgrade enough to finally beat the case.
I had such high hopes for this game because it has such an interesting story with beautiful art, and great voice work. If these problems aren't going to be fixed though, I can't see this game l going very far in the long-term.
could be improved
personally the story is fun and you can read a lot of chapters after clearing a level but gacha rates are so low and the limited gacha time frame is extremely short so it’s really not worth it. the levels are also extremely hard to clear after a certain point as a f2p so I feel like there’s not much motivation to play either
