Why Disney why?
I could go on and on about the negatives. But the main three things. 1)The map function is poor at best. 2) Inability to buy fast pass, I think it’s Disney’s poor thinking as opposed to the app itself. 3)Very difficult to navigate and cumbersome. Please don’t be fooled by people leaving 5 star reviews. They probably had a magical day at the park rather than the app itself. Have been very happy to Hong Kong and Paris recently. Tokyo app a huge letdown. That’s what makes this unbelievable. Why Tokyo app on it’s own is so poor?
So better Disney.
No offline support
- why do I need connectivity all the time.
Difficult to use map
-map pins aggregate on zoom but that makes using the map difficult.
- hard to locate your surroundings bc it’s so busy.
- no real detail in the map to help orient you.
Poor information on the rides
- what is a ride.
- how will a child like the ride.
- how old is the ride.
Filters are not helpful
- so many filters but what about just a toilet filter.
- what about a food type filter
-what about favouriting rides and filter just your favourites.
Do better Disney.
App Doesn’t Work
Downloaded the app so I could purchase tickets for our upcoming trip. Created an account, verified my email, logged-in, selected the tickets and when I click “add to cart” I keep getting the following message “Error. Please close the page and try again later.” It then boots me back and I have to choose the tickets again, then get the same error message. Tried several times and gave up on the app, ended up purchasing the tickets through the website instead.
