I’m really loving playing this app as it is very user friendly. However I wish there was more selection of items available. It’s easily quite expensive to play so wish there were some additional perks to buying gems. Also, I would love if there could be some machines with Japanese snacks as prizes.

There’s some good and a lot bad. Starting with the good, the prizes are not rigged to be completely unwinnable, and delivery is very quick. They also have the most popular items on their list. However, it’s very expensive. Most expensive out of all the crane games. It takes numerous tries to get a prize and one shotting is impossible because they reset the prize when no one is using, unless it is stuck; then they will make money off it. Hence the 1-2 free tickets you get a day is useless. If the game bugs and you lose your prize they refund you but don’t give you the prize, no matter how close you were and how difficult it was to get the prize. The game bugs a lot. But they will refund you the most recent play if it bugs. But if it bugs more than once they won’t refund you all of it. They have very few prizes and they don’t stay on the list for very long unless they are the money looting prizes that take 20+ turns to get. Crane games like Toreba are much better if you are willing to wait for the prize. This crane game is not worth the amount you pay and there’s no way to be a free player.

Purchase through app can be expensive as app provider requires commission based, buying gem directly from tokyo catch and slightly cheaper. But overall it is quite expensive only due to free shipping. Hence why it is expensive buying gems. 3 claws is loose only when it has collected enough $$ the claw will shut properly.

Numerous time you can grab & as soon the claw goes up. Claw opens up on purpose. As it hasnt collected enough $$. Its a obvious flaw & makes players thinks house always wins.

There are other platform games other than this. You can always win back 70% back from your investment. But this is you will only get 30% back. Probability of winning is very low.

Suggesting when playing pay attention to claws, if not closed properly at first try. Then it hasnt collected enough for you to win the prize. Move on.
