So called “GST Refund” service is a scam
I have submitted several GST refund claims through the app across September, October and November, all claims have been approved, according to the app’s support article, the refund will be paid out in the subsequent month from when the claim was submitted and approved, however it’s the end of December and I haven’t even received the refund from my September claims. And when I log into the app, the claims have been deleted out of my “Processed claims” list.
On the other hand, bill payment function works like a charm and I love it!
