Charged twice for an in-app purchase. Because I didn’t report it within 24 hours they blocked the account and kept the money. Might be a great game but there a many dangerous people who use it to groom people for one reason or another. Forget about support to. It is so slow you that you may as well give up waiting for help. Just look at how long it takes them to respond to anything written here!

The Reskin EngineMost of these games are built on the same underlying architecture. Developers take a proven "engine" and simply swap out the "skin":• Total Battle: Medieval/Fantasy skin.• Whiteout Survival: Ice/Apocalypse skin.• Last War: Military/Zombie skin.3. The "Power Creep" LoopThey all use the exact same psychological hooks to keep you playing (and paying):• The Base: You have a central hub that requires linear upgrades.• The Timer: Upgrades start taking 5 minutes, then 5 hours, then 5 days—unless you buy "Speedups."• The Whale Food: They encourage "Alliances." This creates social pressure to spend money so you don't "let your team down" when a high-spending player (a "Whale") attacks your territory

I am really shocked by the support team complacency, lack of interest to resolve any issues. I got double charged on 2 occasions were an amount of $75 was incorrectly charged, another time i paid $150 but the game froze midway and did not credit me accordingly. Multiple messages were sent to the support team yet no response came forth. I had to resort to my bank. Also, the game has a glitch we’re it will charge you the first time then it will appear as the soldiers have not been revived and will charge the account a second time. No response was received as this glitch was doubling their profits since players will need to exchange real money to receive game coins . The game is geared so you keep spending and can easily spent over $1000 a week. The worse part is the total lack of support you receive although they claim there is a support section. It is only for window dressing!

The developers will charge you an arm and a leg to play Total Battle, but they refuse to offer any assistance or take responsibility for their shortfalls. My clan and I had a fort attacked, but no one received a report to tell us the fort was burning. Thinking it a fault or a bug, we did nothing - we had nothing to tell us it had been attacked. Eventually the fort disappeared, which is as designed by the game when a fort is attacked. When I contacted support, all they did to offer assistance was to show me a report of the attack - a report no one in the clan had seen before. I had since put another 90 million resources into building another fort, and requested compensation. I was essentially ignored. Really poor. Don’t start the game. Spend your hard-earned money playing something else. The cost of playing if you want to get anywhere is far too high.
