This app is confusing, slow, and overall a big disappointment. I had constant login issues even though I used my Saxo credentials. It was meant to replace SaxoTrader, which worked brilliantly on iPad and was a fantastic tool. After all the hype and marketing, this feels like a step backwards. There’s no iPad version, so the experience is poor — the interface is tiny, hard to read, and awkward to use. The whole "Core" and "Edge" setup only adds another layer of confusion. On top of that, data refresh seems inconsistent and not truly real-time. Very frustrating and nowhere near the quality of SaxoTrader.

To get to the trading page it takes 5 steps!!! Even after setting preferences for the page to open first “Market” still it go back to default account page. Noted in another comment that Totallity is supposed to be used for administrative activities, it is not what has been communicated before and no pop up on the app saying that. Slow and login doesn’t keep user ID. Every time I have to check my email for my user account which a number.

The app is really good — all key functionality is in one place. Fast and secure Face ID login makes access seamless, and the direct transition to the trading platform is very convenient. Support tickets are easy to create, with fast and professional responses . Overall, a strong and reliable platform — keep improving 👍

The app is just extremely poorly designed. I wished within your responses to the barrage of feedback more attention could be put on usability. I understand the push for security and how it’s nice to have a secure platform, but at the moment it is at a cost to customers general experience. Having a secure platform is great but it’s so secure even account owners struggle to operate it.Can the usability please be rectified ASAP - every time I log into this app I just wish I was with another broker.
