TrackActive Pro is a professional exercise and prescription platform for use by physicians, practitioners, exercise professionals and patients. The iPhone application is for patients to download so that practitioners can send their prescribed program straight to their phone.
The application gives step-by-step directions when completing your program, and also allows you to log symptoms and progress. This information is then automatically sent back to your practitioners so they can keep track of your improvements.
The patient application includes some of the following great features:
