My go to morning workout!
Train On Demand had become my favourite morning workout! When I first downloaded I followed the daily workout but since then utilise the filters and workout library to select the workout that best suits me. I love that if I only have 25 mins I can choose workouts around this duration.
Once you get to know the different workout types you can also select these and tailor to whether you have the equipment pack or not.
And the best part is I can do it anywhere and often share the workout with a friend while on holidays!
I downloaded this app months ago and proceeded to upgrade to the premium membership just to see what else was on offer. I cancelled it the same day as I didn’t think for me personally it was worth the asking price for what was on offer in the way of workouts.
Fast forward to this week and I discovered that although I haven’t had an active membership and the app was not even installed at this point,they have been charging me monthly for the last however many months. I have made repeated attempts to contact the company which by the way is made as painful as possible in itself and have gotten nothing in the way of support at all and have even called Apple who weren’t really able to help me so I’ve ended up having to cancel my card because of this as I can not get into any contact with someone that can stop the payments and tell me why they have been charging me in the first place.
Not happy. I’d give 0 stars if I could.

Hi, we're sorry to hear about your experience, and have taken your feedback onboard first-hand, and are working on improving the contact pages on our newly updated site.
Firstly, regarding subscriptions - you can manage and cancel your subscriptions from within the app, in the 'Subscriptions' screen - If you're a club member you may also manage your membership (which includes the premium TRAIN access) via our 12RND or UBX Member App's, which are different to TRAIN (Please do a search on the Apple AppStore).
Regarding contacting our support, as we have many locations, it's best you reach out directly to our app team to resolve any billing issues by using the "Support & Feedback" link (in the the main menu, above the 'Logout' button) within the app, and then submitting a support request.
Assuming, you've since removed the app, If you could please email us on email@example.com with your Clubpass username, and a quick note summarising what you just posted, we'll investigate your account and review your options regarding a refund from the time that we've logged that you clicked "Cancel" subscription in the app, and you may have been incorrectly billed.

Using TRAIN during lockdowns kept me sane.
If you think you can’t get a solid & a challenging workout in from a lm app, think again! During all these lockdowns & not being able to access the gym, TRAIN was my savior. I still use it today as part of my training as it’s so effective & obviously convenient.
Plus when traveling I don’t need to worry about what gyms are near me as I’ll just use TRAIN with the equipment pack which fits easily into the suitcase
