Very fast and pleasant to use
The interface is pure OS X style, something very good to have on a Mac IM client. Loads and connects very fast to the various services, and notifications through Growl is a good feature instead of some propietary notifications system.
I did find a bug and do have suggestions: the Windows Live Messenger preferences pane doesn't show up when you click on the account list iten in the Account tab. Also, it would be nice to have the IM service icon besides the contact image on chat windows, mainly because you may have the same person with the same photo on different services. It would be great if all the WLM contacts' images loaded at once in the contact list.
Good job! I already made it my default IM client!
Doesn’t work on Mac (anymore)
This version does not work on Mac. Simply fails to connect, with no error message. Older version worked fine, and still does on my iPad, but this is total rubbish. Don’t bother.
Not bad at all
This isn't bad. I use it mostly as a Twitter and Facebook client. There are some flaws in the news feed of the Facebook client, like if a wall post shows up in your feed it doesn't tell you who's wall it is on, and you can't like comments. The Twitter client is pretty good, but I like the Twitter for Mac one better. Trillian for Facebook chat is great, I imagine it'd be pretty similar to MSN and AIM and stuff.
All in all, it's promising. I would like an app that saves me having to go to Facebook in the browser, and this seems like something I could get used to with a few touchups.
