Easy to use, getting refunds can be difficult

I have been using Trip for many years. It is fast, convenient and reliable and saves you hunting through airline sites for the best prices. My only advice would be to always book your legs individually as making changes to grouped/return flights can become complex and difficult and generally there is no saving money anyway these days. With budget airlines the costs to make date changes can often be more than buying a brand new ticket, but that is universal and nothing to do with Trip.

Extremely Disappointed – 14-Hour Flight Turned Into a 62-Hour Nightmare!

I am beyond frustrated,My original 14-hour flight was suddenly changed to a staggering 62-hour journey, and despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, the airline has been completely unhelpful in adjusting my itinerary. Not my first time , happened year ago too.

Not only is this an unreasonable and unacceptable change, but the lack of customer support and flexibility has made this experience even worse. As a paying passenger, I expect at least basic consideration and assistance, yet I have been met with indifference and zero accountability.

This level of service is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I strongly advise others to think twice before booking with [Airline Name], as you might end up in a similar stressful, exhausting, and costly situation with no proper resolution.

Unpleasant experience

Surprised about all the good comments because really different to my experience. First and last time I use it. I cancelled a booking for hotel and booked a new one, this is actually what they recommend to do on the website. However, they cancelled both, they took the money from my account on both and they lied when I asked for help in the chat. I was supposed to receive information within 2 hours and nothing. Contacted them again using the chat and had to explain everything again. To take the money is immediately, to give the money back because their system failed, please wait. Just unpleasant experience. 2 stars because at least the flight tickets seem to be right (hopefully the situation doesn’t change).
