Quite a few Bugs still
Issues selecting time when entering dates for avtivities etc. Also when editing Event names and details. I have used Tripit for many years on my mobile devices and it has been great, so it's quite disappointing to see the amount of bugs in the desktop app. Hope the creators can fix the issues.
Buggy and the support is bad
Upgraded to the Pro version. Have the app on my phone and my Mac. It’s hopelessly buggy. It doesn’t sync, the document upload function malfunctions, it doesn’t drawdown flight updates - even on the Pro version. The apps in turn don’t properly sync to the web version. Tried to resolve these problems by contacting support. Their solution was to tell me to do what I had already explained to them I had done. This app is not only not worth the cost. It’s not worth the risk of missing a flight. Avoid.
