Canon hift boucher/card
This is THE MOST STUPID app ever. And a stupid reward system. I have tried ALL the troubleshooting suggestions and the site will NOT accept the information I provided at the camera store where I purchased my new camera. I need to buy other accessories and can't do that until I get my reward card.
Do NOT bother buying anything with a gift voucher attached as they make it as difficult as possible to access your own gift vouchers.
Great customer service support
I don’t know why everyone’s whinging I received a gift card and my number was put in incorrectly so with the company and they responded to my email very quickly within 24 hours
Won’t add to wallet
Have tried multiple times to add my digital card to my Apple Pay wallet and followed all troubleshooting instructions and still won’t work
I won’t recommend this type of card to anyone it takes a full 24 hours to get a response from the customer support team which is very frustrating since I needed to find another option to pay for my purchase
