TV Mirror for Chromecast is the easy screen sharing tool to mirror your iPhone or iPad screen and sound on Chromecast in Full HD Quality.
Mirror photos, videos, games, websites, apps, presentations, documents and spreadsheets on Chromecast.
* Supported Chromecasts: Chromecast, Chromecast Ultra and all generations of the Chromecast family
* Supported TVs and other devices: Xiaomi MI Box, NVIDIA Shield TV and all TVs with Google Cast or Chromecast built-in, e.g. Sony, TCL, Vizio, Sharp, Philips, Hisense, Skyworth, Soniq
* Your iPhone/iPad and your Chromecast must be connected to the same wifi to enable screen mirroring. Please do not use VPN, Proxy, VLANS and Subnets.
* Latency is supreme (below 1 second) when you have good wifi network conditions
* No hidden subscriptions or costs
* If a third party app, for example Spotify, does not mirror sound correctly, please FORCE CLOSE and restart Spotify while the mirroring session is active. Please check the Apple Support page to learn how to FORCE CLOSE an app: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201330
* Black screen issues: Some third party apps prevent screen mirroring. When you try to mirror them, you will just see a black screen on your TV, for example with Netflix and Disney+. This is a restriction chosen by Netflix and others, so we cannot fix it at the moment.

Free works okay, will buy premo if I can get sound
Works as described. There is a bit of jitter/lag from phone, but getting chrome cast for $60 and this app for $6 is much cheaper than getting Apple TV for hundred of dollars!!! Just started using it and trying to get sound out of tv rather than the phone. Must be a button or toggle I need to flick… will update late if things change.

Actually works including free version!
So many junk apps that either don’t work or are bait and switch claiming to be “free” but aren’t. This all actually works perfectly and the free version (with a very short ad which is fair) works great!! I did notice I can’t screen record when casting my screen, but that must be due to how the app exploits the screen share functionality to make it work? But not a big deal. Really great and again awesome free version, although I’ll definitely be upgrading and recommend you do the same when able to support the developer!

Our app uses the "screen recording" function on your iOS device for mirroring, which is why it cannot be used during a mirroring session with our app. All screen recordings will only be transmitted via your own Wi-Fi network and only between your sender device and your receiver device. No screen recordings will be transfered to the internet or to the app provider. Screen recordings are only temporarily processed and not saved. No hard drive space will be used.

Thanks for making a free version because I’m too young to have a credit card to buy pro. The app works well and I don’t mind the ads because they are short and it gives me a few seconds to look away from the screen. Thank you for this and I hope I can buy the pro version in the future.
