Description
uEducateUs is unique in its application of an intuitive communication module which allows direct communication between the school, parents and students.
Users can receive communication messages from the system, which sends out an alert to users when a new document has been sent; such as new permission slips or when a student is absent from class without leave.
The platform also implements global emails and SMS, as well as instant notifications to help students and parents feel safer and involved with the school.
All users are able to gain access to the platform via any device - including tablets, phones, computers and laptops, providing internet access is available. This functionality allows contact with the school at any time of the day by students and parents.
uEducateUs also provides a complete overview of student progress, which displays the roll call, daily and weekly tasks, report card, medical and emergency contacts for easy access to important information.
Teachers and administrators can create electronic permission slips, which can be signed off by parents online, which eliminates the problems associated with the paper-based system. It also makes it unnecessary for medical issues and contact information to be filled in for every event that the student is involved in, as all necessary information will be already stored within the system. A risk register is generated which includes all the risks which may be encountered while students are away on an excursion.
The uEducateUs program will revolutionise school administration and information systems. As a platform, we also have the ability to install other programs as required we are available to talk to you about your needs.

I hate this app on the phone, always issues. Buttons/options won’t work. Won’t close out of attachments, I have to restart my phone to be able to get it back to home page. Great concept but poor execution. It is definitely not smart phone/device friendly. It seems to be ok on the laptop. Apart from student login issues.
Updates regularly prevent app working correctly
Every time this app is updated something goes wrong and I can’t log in. I have to uninstall and reinstall and go through the whole process of setting up a pin again. Currently I can’t even do that, because the app now freezes when I try to click on anything on the ‘set a new pin’ page. It seems like there is very little care taken in testing the app before new releases are pushed onto users.
I’m very sorry that my kids school has selected this app as it’s primary method of communicating with parents because even when it does work it’s incredibly unintuitive and pain to navigate around.

Useless app with poor UI / UX controls
As other comments extremely poor design and not been updated for a while.
Give this is the ONLY way our primary school can communicate with us this is a shame really…
- Back button inconsistent
- Program crashes and have to “kill” it
- If you get a notice via email and open the link it often crashes
- Inconsistent logon ie if using a PIN and switch apps and switch Bach have to login with user/password.
If you then kill the app PIN is OK
- Unable to share / save Files ie PDFs
- Cannot make items as unread or have multiple parent profiles ie if I read a message I can’t mark it unread so if my partner wants to read it it’s moved to read folder.
- On modern iPhones (X or higher) inconsistent menu placement and UI controls ie can’t pick too zoom in a doco attachment
Looks like the developers got a government grant / contract and took the money and run..
