Members of the RWC can utilize the UMSL Campus Rec App to:
- Check in to the facility via your mobile device
- Register for Group Fitness Classes, Programs, and reserve lap lanes
- Purchase Personal Training packages

ABOUT THE RWC:
The Recreation and Wellness Center at UMSL is a 100,000 square foot facility created with UMSL Students in mind. The RWC opened it’s doors in 2016, welcoming students, faculty, staff, community members and more to over 14,000 square feet of open fitness space. Along with excellent fitness spaces, the RWC runs multiple programs and special events every semester for students and members.

Memberships options are available for the following:

- Community Members

- Military

Facility spaces at the RWC include:
- Two hardwood courts for multiple sport usage
- One multi-activity court (enclosed)
- Cardio canyon with multiple cardio options available
- Fitness floor space with both strength and functional training equipment
- Scenic indoor track
- Two-story climbing wall + bouldering option
- Reservable lap lanes for fitness and leisure lap swimming
- Recreational pool side for classes and activities
- Zip line and diving board in the pool
- Four multi-use studios
- Rental lockers in our locker rooms
- Day use lockers on every floor
- Triton Trading Post for membership activation and apparel and supplies
