Im rating the app 2 star cause the app it’s self is terrible, im only referring to the app. It so slow I have trouble flicking from page to page, it lags so badly.
If I’m comparing it to Ladbrokes or PointsBet it’s way behind. The program it’s self is fine and the desktop version is really good but the mobile is very frustrating.
Slow, Clunky, slow payouts, low odds, bad bookie advice
Reduced to 1 star. Trash! Very surprised at the high ratings for this app. I have a few betting apps and this one is very awkward and not smooth. Keeps signing me out and sometimes have to hard close app to get back in. I have to sign back in on my own device so many times in an hour. It is the slowest opening app on my phone, not for long! The payouts can be so slow and some odds are very low compared to market or other aps/companies. I frequently flick to my other betting apps for better more accurate bookie advice, form and video coverage. Lots of international events/races have odds and form and bookie advice missing. Have had good luck but nothing to do with app… that’s me! Doesn’t have good features, not user friendly compared to others and Unibet offers aren’t great. Pick up your game Unibet… What Odds are you offering for whether users will go elsewhere? 😉 Ditching it!
Slow App and more
Your App is extremely slow and unresponsive.
Also it is quite deceptive that you make very loud and broad offers and then a person discovers that only inside the vault that nothing is virtually applicable to them. It’s possible that it’s not on offer for anyone and hopefully you get taken to task on that. We small punters understand that you should not offer promotions to professionals who can consistently beat you guys but to limit us and bar us from items that only let our money last longer with you is a low act from you. You know you will always beat us over the year and then we replenish and yet you still want to restrict us from things. I don’t get this business model.
