I sent all of my documents to avinash and I don’t know what was wrong with him or her, then I talked to other person (Aaditya) and she/He was really helpful and fixed it for me, please removed unhelpful persons from costumer services,some of them are really abnormal and weird

UNiDAYS used to be a fantastic website and app for students looking to save a bit of extra cash. I used to love checking in on special deals they had from the brands I knew and loved, however in recent time it’s really gone downhill. They have deleted a whole heap of deals and brands from their database so much so that most of the businesses they have deals from, are too boujee as it is to afford as a struggling student, let alone having never heard of them nor having interest in their products. Then there’s the issue of functionality of the app and having to essentially ‘follow’ brands to get their deals.. yeah no thanks. I’d rather just be able to quickly scroll through the deals in certain categories rather than seeing posts that I frankly don’t really care for. Thank-you, next!

I tried signing up for UNiDAYS using my verified student email, expecting access to the student discounts and deals they promote. Unfortunately, nothing worked.•Sign-up/Login Issues: Even with a valid student email, the system failed to log me in properly. I kept running into errors or being redirected with no result.•Broken Platform: None of the features functioned. Buttons didn’t respond, pages didn’t load, and the whole experience felt unfinished or completely neglected.•Frustrating and Time-Wasting: I spent time trying to troubleshoot on my own, but there was no real help or clear error messages to guide me.This was a disappointing and frustrating experience. I couldn’t access anything I was promised, and I honestly can’t recommend UNiDAYS until they fix their platform and provide basic functionality that actually works.
