Ratings and Reviews
Slightly more useable!
EDIT - I take it all back. None of the menus work in this version. You literally cannot search any items apart from the ones that show on the screen. This app deserves 0 stars and the team responsible for this app should take a long reflection on their failings. This is a terrible user experience and reflects very poorly on the brand.
Omg 🙏 this app is now slightly more usable. The latest update now allows iPhone X and Xs users the ability to utilise the entire screen. The app seems slightly faster and doesn’t look like it’s been developed in someone’s basement in the 90s. The hamburger menu is purely for aesthetics, it doesn’t nothing. What does work though, is your purchase history and the ability to buy items without rage quitting.
Worse shopping app
Extremely disappointed by UNIQLO for putting together such a terrible app. Although the whole UNIQLO website is no better. The categories don’t make any sense, you can search tops and bottoms but if you want to see dresses you have to do a hashtag and when you search the hashtag, it also shows you kids clothes and men’s pants ?! Photos don’t always load and it’s really hard to navigate through any collection. So frustrating to buy anything using this that I gave up after 5 min and deleted the app. Shame for a brand that actually makes nice things.
Collecting too much data and wasting time
Too many compulsory fields. Why do you need phone number address and email? And birthday? Why does the password need a capital, a special character and a number and 8 digits? What goon thought that up? It’s not a bank account it’s a store app. Anyway for the first time UNIQLO has disappointed and every time I see the app it reminds me of the experience.
