Requirements
You must have a United Utilities account number (if you are a new customer let us know here https://www.unitedutilities.com/my-account/moving-home/a-new-customer/) *
Compatible with iPhones and will require IOS version 10.0 or above
A WiFi , 3G or Edge connection is required
*you can report a leak without needing your account number
The App will ask your permission before some actions, such as calling us from the App and using your camera for meter reads.

Saved My Bacon!
I have been super impressed and absolutely utterly, totally relieved (taking over a week to calm down) from UU using an 18m hose to completely clear & eradicate all blockages in our shared pipes - utter mercy from UU and total gratitude from me after a horrendous week or so of emails, phone calls etc etc not sleeping, time zone difference of 8 hrs. THANK YOU SO MUCH UU!!!💓🙏👍
