UNUM — Layout for Instagram 4+

I have been using unum for years now and this app is amazing at keeping instagram looking organized. I would also like to pointed out that although they had a small issue this month with the app, they were very attentive in solving the issue quick and ensuring that the customers are being looked after. I am very happy with the app and the customer service, I would highly recommend unum if you are looking for an app to keep you instagram looking stylish and also having a great customer service when needed.

This app used to be my daily for many years, unfortunately I am on the hunt for a new one. I recommended UNUM to all my fellow friends and influencers, however lately I haven’t felt the same way towards the app. After many updates and changes to the UI, it has been incredibly difficult to keep up and was extremely disappointing when each button and feature I used daily was added to the “elite” subscription. Don’t get me wrong, you have to make money somehow when running an app. But the service that was provided long before the updates worked perfectly in conjunction with the subscription service. The app has become extremely limited and just about nothing is free anymore, not even grid shift... I might as well just create an album on my phone and use that as a planner.

I hope to see that one day simple features such as grid shift, colour maps and editing tools will be brought back to the free side of your app.

We’re sorry that you feel that way. For simplicity we now combined grid shift and adding new tiles to improve functionality. When you add or delete your empty tiles, the grid shifts automatically and you can also add 18 photo/video if you are working on a free version. I love using UNUM app for planning my posts for Instagram since I do a lot photoshoot. I have no troubles of using it what’s so ever, I’ve been using this app for over 2 years now! I don’t use any subscription cause all other feature that you have I hardly use, that’s why I use FREE Plan! But then suddenly a few weeks ago, when I want to add more photos on the app it wouldn’t allow me to, cause you guys want me to subscribe a plan. It never happens to me before, I thought it was a bug and so I waited for an updates to fix those bugs. But it actually wasn’t, I tried uninstall and then reinstall, it’s still the same. I don’t understand why this app wants me to subscribe to a plan even though I just want to plan and add more photos.
I mean really? Pay for subscription and then add photos? Since when was that a big deal!?
Compare to other planning apps I find this one the best! But it seems like it’s not anymore. It’s a shame and very disappointing.

Hey! We are sorry that you feel this way. With the new update, you can add up to 12 photos/videos in our free plan.
