I switched over to UPCOZ just recently from another company and wished I had done it sooner. The app is easy to use and all markets are covered by them so everyone is catered for. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking about trying this service.
Dodgy Bookie withholds your money and no one to call
Highly recommend avoiding this bookie. Woke up one Sunday to being locked from my account only to be sent a message days later that it has been deactivated with no further information given.
After 3 weeks of emails and live chat through the app, I finally received an email asking for stat decs on everything within 14 days of the email (sent late afternoon on a Friday 10 days before Christmas). Absolute pirates. After complying with all requests and waiting an additional month finally got my money back. Worst experience ever.
Terrible isn’t even close.
Had been losing over the couple of months prior, no dramas with that. The drama began when I won approx 4K, woke up the next day to my account deactivated. I contacted them and they accused me of using a VPN and a proxy server. I didn’t even know what these were until they mentioned it. Made me send stat declarations with bank statements and ID in which all had to be signed by a JP. Complied with that all for them to turn around and say I now owe them $2800! And they won’t pursue this money if I agree to not take it further…. They dispute is now with the racing commission.
