The support for this device is AMAZING! I have had several emails and suggestions to get this to connect! I was even offered a zoom or phone call to sort this out. The device has now connected! The vibration is gentle enough to not be intrusive and yet a good reminder to be upright! The set up (once connectivity has been sorted) was clear and easy to do. Here’s to a better posture! Thanks again!
I purchased this like many to assist with my poor posture! I’d love to say that it is amazing, HOWEVER, totally will not connect with the app despite device and Bluetooth saying connected! I have turned off and on phone AND reinstalled app with no luck. The chat function works well and they are timely but still unable to assist. I’m going to return to product and get the original one and hope that this doesn’t have the same issues.

This thing is great! The app has been easy to use and got the upright go running within minutes. I had no issues connecting and it has been working perfectly. Can confirm I have had no issues with battery life and everything has been really intuitive.
Just get one!
I’m a typical tech who used to spend to long slouching over a screen or 2. Only my 2nd day but already understand how bad I was getting, now getting regular feedback & alerts is helping me improve my posture. Best money I have spent lately.
