Great product
Would rate 5 stars but only giving 4 due to the features blocked behind paywalls. Completely understandable, but I feel some of them are aimed to attempt to force users to buy their service.
Location, location, location 😅
Great app’ - very handy for finding musicians. I love meeting new musicians, so it meets my needs well in that regard.
I notice that the distance options are up to 200 miles, then global. For me, this is a bit limiting. This year, I’m travelling ‘round Australia, and I want to link up in advance to play gigs with local session musicians around the country. With the current (July 2019) version of the app’ I’m limited to 200 miles from wherever I happen to be at the moment (and Australia is a very big country) or global.
I suggest it would be great to add some sort of ‘select nation’ (and possibly even a sub section ‘select state/county/whatever’) option in the distance options, for people for whom that’s useful.
As a touring musician, my current location isn’t necessarily the best indicator of where I’m based (e.g. tonight I’m in Yannarie - where?) for people who might be looking for a longer-term regionally based connection, so it might be useful to create an option to choose a base location too?
Thanks for the initiative, time and effort you’ve put into making an excellent app’. I look forward to using it for a long time, and making some fantastic musical connections :-)

Thanks for taking the time to send through some really considered feedback. As you probably found whilst thinking through these feature requests, choosing how we might implement them is not only complex but there's usually about twenty different ways we could 'skin the cat'. Has good intentions, but held back by it being clunky
This app would be great if it ran smoothly, it’s clunky and at times frustrating. Sometimes, just because I clicked on the ‘watch’ tab, the music continues to play even when I switch to ‘discover’.
