Good
Large array of elements to choose from if paid. Free version still gives a lot of text options and a few free elements. Nice clean interface, and intuitive once you know your general way around.
Suggestions:
I’ve had the app for years and the same bug seems to persist - when resizing a single text line you can often accidentally make it split into 2 lines while finger drag resizing, and it’s near impossible to get it back to 1 line. Better to delete and start again.
Same with trying to resize text below its current size if it’s already smallish. You have a chance if you boomerang it bigger first and then try to whip it down smaller, but it usually doesn’t work, and if it does it’s a bit uncontrollable. I’d suggest have a Text size on a slider for better control.
Also very easy to lose your way in the horizontal swipe Signature text lists as they all look similar... pretty time consuming. Could they be numbered/indexed somehow?
Free version is limited for images and elements, which is understandable - a permanent lock icon would make it much easier to see what you can and can’t access - experimental tapping also takes a lot of time.
And surprised that elements etc can’t be resized at all - even a 30% range of resize choice would be useful.
And an opacity slider?
Great
No issues so far. You do have to pay for majority of backgrounds but that is no issue if you want a plain and simple background. A lot of text fonts are a bit hard to read.
Great options but Glitches all the time
I'd like to think that through a progression of updates the glitches and user friendly aspects will greatly improve overtime. I've been using the free version for a while now and decided to upgrade to the full version. I love the variety however the time spent to create a piece is frustratingly at a loss when it can't be saved because the text hasn't followed through. I'd love for a lock image or text in place option as its painstaking to shift the layers as they appear right in the centre. Always room for improvement and I do hope that they keep developing the app otherwise it might end up to be a waste. Stick with the free version till then x
