Good idea, poor execution
After sending two comments/messages the app says I ran out of comments for today. There’s no option to subscribe to premium, making the app reeeeally limited. Profiles take quite some time to load the photos (and the problem is not my internet connection). It doesn’t show if the other person is vegan or not when using the dating feature. It has a food idea, but feels weird to use it, it’s not intuitive.
Pros and cons
Look, good effort, I applaud the intention and I’m glad to see veganism going mainstream and getting a dating app! The app works and was pretty straightforward and user friendly. But from a design perspective the app looks a bit basic and dated, especially compared to Hinge/Bumble etc. - My personal experience so far; 1 person in a 50 mile radius of Sydney city centre! I waited over an hour to get approved, set up my profile and then I was done swiping in about 3 seconds…. Hopefully more people sign up and I can finally find my dream vegan woman :’(
