We are constantly working to perfect your capturing experience and with the latest release we have improved the camera security feature added in the previous release.
- Now the app will give more information about the prerequisites needed for connecting to the cameras.
- Other small UI issues have been identified and fixed.
Ratings and Reviews
Poor Support
Ordering the camera was easy enough, the sales rep was nice on the phone, but when we had issues with the delivery nobody would talk to us. No response to the multiple emails we sent to the support email, or the consultant’s email. We were told to allow 2 weeks for the packages to come from overseas. We ordered 4 or 5 weeks before our next game.
We needed to change the password on the account, selected change password, opened the email it sent only for it to say that we requested to change the email address and click the big green verify email button. NOWHERE in the email did it give the option to change the password. I tried to contact support to see what I was missing or doing wrong, guess what they said…nothing because they didn’t reply at all.
When we finally got the camera (which was the day before the game), I got to the “if it doesn’t connect this time, I’m sending it back”stage, but it connected and hopefully we are set up. The game is tomorrow, so let’s see how it goes. Hopefully the camera and the operation of it is a little better than VEO’s support team.
I can’t sign in
I can’t even sign in I double check and everything so annoying
Will not connect to camera
I just cannot get this app to connect to the camera. It finds the camera but just won’t connect to it. And no response from support.
