Good!
I give it’s a really good app! I really like how when you touch the screen, it makes it look like the camera had a short fail, and a glitch comes up! It has really good quality’s! I also like how it includes photos and videos☺️
But that’s really all I have to say!
App should make the subscription cancellation process more clear
I tried to cancel my subscription before my 7 day trial ended through the app and nothing would happen when I clicked the restore purchases button. I went onto the reviews on the app to see if anyone had the same issue and found that others had experienced the same problem and had been charged the $30 subscription because they were not sure how to unsubscribe. I searched the internet for “how to end an app subscription” and was able to cancel through Apple settings. The app developers should make the end subscription process more clear to avoid unhappy customers. Otherwise a pretty good app for video editing!
REFUND PLEASE - DO NOT GET FREE TRIAL
Hi I recently purchased a premium subscription to your app vhs cam thinking that it was a 7 day free trial. I tried to restore purchases in the app settings and nothing happened, so I then tried reporting a problem with apple and it said that a refund is not eligible with your app. I was wondering if there is anything that you could do for me? I don’t want the subscription neither did I intend on spending $30 on it. I only wanted to see what the premium version was like, to see if it was worth it.
This was the email I tried to send to the address above but it failed. Fix your stuff.
