I currently have 3 cameras with no issues and a forth camera i have had problems with the support i have had from this company has been terrific they have kept in touch the whole time and have sent me a new camera which I will be installing soon i can only say good things about the service I have had thanks
Issues with playback
The camera I purchased is great. Works well. Exceeds expectations of a ‘cheap’ no brand camera.
The app on the other hand… I’m so sick of it!! Playback of saved clips is so ridiculously slow. Usually doesn’t load and on the rare occasion it does, it will continuously freeze. I would not purchase this camera again based on the issues I am experiencing in the app. I want to throw my phone against a brick wall. My internet is fine and I have no issues with playing videos anywhere else. So disappointing. I will not pay for a subscriptions based on the experience I’ve had. Considering a a new camera.
