Why can’t you make the app work seamlessly with both iPhone and iPad and not the ridiculous portrait small or large iPad option if not for that glaring oversight it would have been 5 stars
If you went to all the effort to build it why wouldn’t you have made it compatible with both devices from the beginning, poorly thought through obviously didn’t consult with the users ☹️

Thanks for your feedback. We’re working on adding more features and improvements but don’t have any current plans to build a separate app for the iPad. We’re very responsive to member feedback and suggestions and will continue to monitor demand for a separate iPad app in the future. Regards, VicSuper
Why do I have to hold my iPad sideways to use this????
Given you have hundreds of thousands of dollars of mine and other Australians, I find it appalling that you can’t bother to read and accept the clear feedback provided here about the app. I should not have to hold m iPad sideways in the air to use it. Every single other app I have works perfectly fine on my iPad and iPhone and they are not companies with billions of dollars of funds under management. I can’t access my statements either.
Are you giving this feedback to non IT senior management? Doubtful

Thanks for your feedback. At present, the app has been designed for mobile only and while we don’t have any current plans to build a separate version for the iPad - we are looking into it.
To view your statements online, log in to your Members Online portal on our website and you will find them under the ‘Statements’ tab in the top menu. Alternatively, you can contact our Members Centre on 1300 366 216 for further assistance.
Having issues on iPhone XR
Was enjoying the app with my previous iPhone. Now I can’t login. An error msg coming up saying we have encountered a problem.
Up to six family members will be able to use this app with Family Sharing enabled.
