Lost my mags

Started my subscription in April this yr and now all mags are gone and I can’t get them back. A new mag out and it wont down load. PLEASE FIX THIS

Lost all my Magazines

I have had a subscription for a few Years now none of my Magazines are in my Library I have tried all the troubleshooting recommended and nothing is working FIX THIS PROBLEM. Not Happy at all
