Make sure Bluetooth is turned on
Make sure Bluetooth is turned on before opening the app. Really annoyed that if you turn bluetooth on after opening the app, it wont find your Charge Controller. If you close your mac and come back to it, you have to close the app, turn bluetooth off and back on, THEN open the app and connect.
If you forget to turn bluetooth on, you need to close the app again, turn bluetooth on and then open the app..Really annoying that such a simple thing, has never once been fixed in years. Yet they keep updating the app...Great product but their App Development team is the worst!!
Works Well
Works well over bluetooth and with the Victron USB-serial converter. I'm happy with the data I can collect and changing settings etc.
Occasionally if the computer has gone to sleep for more than a day, it gets a bit confused about history over the last 30 days, but closing and restarting sorts it.
You need Bluetooth Smart on your machine to work
