Offline videos all gone
I had 53 videos that I use on a regular available for offline viewing. After downloading the most recent update (on Aug 5 th) they have all disappeared. They are not lost entirely as I can still see them under Watch Later, but this does mean I have to down them all again. On the plus side I now know enough about how this app works to get them displayed in the order I want, even though this is a bit of work. If would be nice if it was possible to change the order in which off line videos are displayed.

Stole my money
I tried to use Vimeo for live streaming and after putting a week of work into setting it up, I found out I couldn’t set different cameras on different feeds as I needed (something very basic and the “fixes” suggested by them didn’t work). So I had no choice but to change platforms last minute. I then requested a refund for my Vimeo upgrade (AU$1200 - not cheap) and was told it was processed. I never got the money and following them up they only tell me it has been processed, without sending me any confirmation. It was through PayPal and when brought up with them, they simply said Vimeo had said they had processed it so that’s the end of my request. Didn't even check the transaction in their own system to see the money hadn’t been refunded. So I’m left with two companies saying I’ve been paid the money back when I haven’t and nowhere to go! They stole my time and money, gave extremely bad customer service and left me without $1200 that they owe me with nowhere to turn to to challenge it. Thanks for nothing, it really is expensive!!!
Seahorse project
That’s good. Information on a subject most people know nothing about yet is vital for the survival of marine species. Many people would view this piece on their smartphone and like me have difficulty reading the graphics (too small). I was able to cast the video to my 32 inch television for a second viewing with a dramatic improvement; being able to read graphics and enjoy the beautiful vision of the marine landscape. I am sure it would be even better viewed on larger HD screens.
