Great app and functional but is laggy when using Would be even more better app if you could use Apple Watch with aswell Will give it 5 stars when they bring out Apple Watch app

Can’t renew subscriptions.

Janky app. Obviously no support or updates. Can’t update subscription directly from the app. The button to click through to renew doesn’t work, and can’t renew on the site on mobile as can’t scroll down to the renew button. This is mentioned as an issue below from years ago. For $200/year for premium tracking this is absolutely unacceptable. Where is this money going?

Can’t even renew subscription off iPhone as can’t move the page or shrink it down to get to the option of selecting what plan you want come on viper what kind of system are you trying to run make the product useable and yes have tried to contact you by phone left 4 msgs still no call back considering on call waiting your msgs are all about customer service ??
