Communicating with Vivify Merchants is also possible with the Chat feature on the app. Users including tourists who are foreign to Melaka are able to stay informed with the use of this app.

All Stories and information provided are available for all users. To indulge in Vivify privileges further such as offers provided by Vivify Merchant and admission to certain Events, users will have to be a Viver. To be a Viver, users will need to buy a Vivify Pass that is available in 3 category; 1-month Pass (comes with 300 Tokens and last for 30 days), 1- year Pass (comes with 1000 Tokens and last for 365 days) and Advance Pass (comes with 2000 Tokens and last for 730 days). Offers and admission tickets are available in a digital voucher form on the Vivify App. Tokens gained from the Pass are used to redeem these vouchers.
