Doesn’t work on current iOS

Bough this cam in 2022. The App Cannot connect to camera on phone running iOS 16 (current version). After joining the cam wifi network, this app complains wifi is disabled when trying to connect (it isn’t). On a whim booted up my old iPhone 6, that hasn’t been updated for years and it works. Which is useless because that’s not my actual phone. Returned the camera.

Don’t Download! Application Doesn’t Open!

I have downloaded the app (on two occasions) after getting the camera and the application won’t actually open/start up. It goes to black and then exits the application on my iPhone.
I have also tried the ‘Vivitar Action Cam’ application using the DVR922HD Camera, i can’t cannot the app to the camera. I can connect the cameras WiFi to my phone but cannot use either app. Please fix this application!
