Awful

Twice now I have lost my complete archive and have been unable to access my purchases. As we speak I am double subscribes, as in paid for my yearly subscription twice for the same year and the want to charge me again as they have cut off my access to my purchase!!

Love my Vogue Italia app but updates delete my archive

I’ve found a way around this. Go to ‘Account’, then ‘Ripristina acquisti’. Can then download previous editions, without logging in.

Conde Naste will not help me reset my password even though I have purchased a whole year’s subscription.
