I never thought I’d spend money on a mobile game like this

But I did, I bought all the things and would honestly spend more. I think the game is great and the only thing I’d want is more content (more cards, weapons, more tactical stuff? Idk).
Also perhaps even faster animation time, sometimes feels a bit sluggish waiting for things like saying yes to every spirit. But it’s a small gripe, I’ll continue playing the game, like I said, I think it’s great!
Edit: love all the changes since, guys! Everything I said here was addressed and the game has new life!

Sometimes feels loaded

Some of the bosses have moved that make winning impossible. I know this is sometimes the case with roguelites but this one, since it also relies on chance to win, feels disheartening when bosses have cards that just either guarantee them a win every other turn or mean you’re going to take fatal damage this turn regardless of your draw (see the witches “stand after drawing two cards” spell or the mainframe’s “pick a value between 11 and 12” card). I just played against the mainframe and in around 20 turns I managed to get 1 hit. It kinda discourages replay when you know that is almost an inevitability.

6/10 game

I give this rating due to the fact that you are required to pay to remove adds.. they just should not be in the game.
The game was extremely fun at first, however, the rng in relation to the attack bar and the cards you pull to fill it can be extremely frustrating after just the second day of playing. Today was my third day of playing and I just uninstalled it.
I think the game is great (besides the adds) and very well developed, something fresh and different which was nice.. but again, the rng system to win games is frustrating and just not my cup of tea. I like to win via skill and adaptation, I don’t like the fate of the game depending on random card pulls.
