Not the cheapest VPN service, but one of the most reliable.
Problems encountered:
In Western Australia it can be difficult to connect to VPN servers offshore when the sub-sea cable is out of action. Connection times out when trying via east coast.
iPhone app could be more responsive. The lag between pressing connect and on-screen feedback sometimes causes me to press a second time, which then disconnects.

Signed up for a VPN one evening, the next morning my account was locked. After asking support the reason why the answers were: your account is currently locked pending a review this is a precaution we take in order to protect our users from fraudulent activity please answer the following information and I will be happy to review your account one location and the time of signup. Then the want me to go to a certain website determine my IP address and give it to them over the chat. ?? So the result is that I setup an account and it doesn’t work unless I authenticate several times. When asked why , the answer given was :- that’s not something I can divulge , as stated we take internet security very seriously and take precautions to protect you as a consumer “ ok, I cancelled my account . Well if you are getting a VPN to hide your address , this is not the one.

Sorry to read that you had such experience with our Support Team. Upon signup, all new accounts must undergo our verification process before receiving service. Our verification process is in place to protect our company and our customers from the numerous fraudulent signups we receive on a daily basis. While we cannot divulge the exact reason(s) why your account failed our verification process, feel free to reply to your support ticket to dispute the decision. Please understand that if we were to divulge to you exactly why your account didn't pass our verification process, we would only be making it easier for you to signup for another account with us and pass our verification process, which in turn also means that we make it easier for fraudulent signups to pass our verification process.
Was excited for the app, but it broke while testing
I tested connecting to fastest server with no problems, then connected to another country and it worked well. Then I tried to disconnect and it got stuck on a “disconnecting” screen. I tried force closing and manually trying to turn off “Connect on demand” in iPhone settings but it wouldn’t work. I couldn’t connect to the internet until I uninstalled the app (and in doing so, the profile, too).
I’d love to use this VPN as my previous one doesn’t work correctly in Japan. But little problems like this mean I can’t use your service reliably. Please let me know if this is a common issue and if it is being fixed. (I’m on iOS 11.1 beta 3, if that helps)
