Honestly, such a poor experience. You’re standing in front of the machine with money - and the machine works - and your phone works - coin count is right - and yet, the necessary ingredients can’t get the machine to start a cycle. It’s the sort of thing that makes your head explode. App was cumbersome, didn’t have Apple Pay or google pay, wanted a registered account (no option as guest). Please heed my advice when I say if you see this service, just walk away and find a laundromat.
App doesn’t work
The app basically doesn’t work. Wouldn’t let us register an account and no option to use as a guest. This was the only washing service available to us on a skiing mountain, so safe to say we were very annoyed. If you see this app or service, don’t bother; find a laundromat instead.
