Doesn’t work!

I bought this app & I have an SE2 with the latest updates on both watch & phone. When I try to add a face I either get this message: ‘This face is not available with your current version of iOS.’ Or it adds a blank face. It’s really frustrating as I clearly I have the latest updates. When I tried to rate through the app itself the rate here button didn’t work, nor the help option. What’s the point of buying an app if you can’t use it!?! Really not happy, don’t bother.
