I need help
I’ve used Watchmaker for a couple of months on the weekly subscription and was very impressed. Unfortunately last week it wouldn’t allow me to upload faces to my watch, instead it brings up the subscription page asking me to choose what sub I want. I went for the weekly sub but it wouldn’t process it on the app even though I was charged for it. I then tried buying the yearly sub but again the dreaded rotating wheel and it wouldn’t process it. I reset my phone but no joy. I managed to get a refund on the yearly subscription so I decided to try again, paid both options but still no joy, it takes my money but won’t unlock the app. Finally and reluctantly I deleted my app along with all my precious watch faces, reloaded the app and tried again - still no luck. There’s no way to get customer support and I am now annoyed that I have paid for a year’s subscription and I can’t use the app. If one of you developers reads this please get in touch!! Thanks.
