WavePad Music and Audio Editor is a full-featured professional audio and music editor. With WavePad you can edit and record music, voice, and other audio recordings. You can edit audio files with tools like cut, copy, paste. You can also add audio effects including echo, amplify, and noise reduction.
WavePad Audio Editor supports a number of formats including vox, gsm, and more! Whether you are a professional or an at-home enthusiast, WavePad has all of the tools you need to edit audio files. Typical applications include ringtones, voice-overs, trim sound bits, and many more!

WavePad contains optional in-app purchases and subscriptions.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly while purchases are one time payments (these are not subscriptions)
• Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period,
• Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and cost depends on your chosen package
• Payments will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
• Auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable

Um.. The best I could find on App store.
This might be an Old UI but it works. Specially for basic edits its great. The App hasn’t crashed on me and I edit all my podcasts on this. I still need to figure out how to add multiple layers in one track but other than that I loved the app. Please keep up the work and keep it free for everyone to use. So more people have access to your app and can benefit from it.
(Work flow - Recording my Podcast on Voice memos and exporting it to this app cut edit and make changes and export again to files as simple as it can get.)
Full star Rate from Happy customer. I might try desktop app too now that I have got a good grip over this app on IOS. ✌🏼
A quick question to developer !
NHC sound library is Royalty free?
buggy before the update, now the app won’t open at all.
Before the update I would have rated the app 3 stars, minus 2 stars because each and every time I export the audio file to iCloud the app shuts down immediately upon the accessing the iOS files app, it has taken at least two attempts each time to successfully export and save audio file to iCloud files app. I gave this app a really good go before rating it, I would not recommend buying the monthly subscription, I bought 1 month previously, hoping it would deliver better performance but even the paid app was far too buggy for me to justify the recurring monthly expense. If you’re looking for a portable alternative to audacity keep looking. This app has potential, but having tested it for 6 months I can tell you that this app will eat away at your time and productivity if you try to persevere with it.
If these issues are fixed, it might be a different story. Until then I’ll stick with audacity, not because its free but because it works, consistently.

I’ve been using this app for the past 3 years and can’t fault it apart from a few bugs, but they seem to sort them out quite promptly!
