Finally!!
Ok like much of the reviews I’ve been having problems with connecting. The app seemingly didn’t work and when it connected it could never control the toy. I emailed support who responded the next day with a plethora of ways to try to fix it. (Obviously it’s still an issue with bugs) and after we tried the exact process below it worked. It’s a pain, and the app needs work.
But we got it to work for now, if it stops working then I’ll adjust my review
Reset the we-vibe moxie by pressing and holding the button for 10-15 seconds. (Make sure you press and hold for 10-15 seconds)
Put the moxie on pairing mode by pressing it for 5 seconds until it pulses twice
Open the we-connect app on your iPhone.
On the we-connect app, click on connect toy
a prompt will appear "bluetooth pairing request" Moxie would like to pair with your iPhone.
Click on Pair
Wont connect
Having a connection issue where while my toy will Bluetooth connect with my phone, it won't register in app correctly. I contacted support explaining the problem in detail and several measures I took to fix the issue that failed, and received back a copy-paste message that made it clear no one had actually read my report (the response was entirely focused on ways the Bluetooth signal could be being interrupted, when as I stated that is NOT my issue, my toy vibrates to indicate it's paired with my phone and I can pair it easily even after 'forgetting' the pairing. Instead, the app is for some reason getting stuck on the 'connection' page even after pairing, meaning I am unable to control the device with the app. Additionally, the email suggested multiple of the measures I said I'd already tried).
I am VERY unhappy considering I just invested a considerable amount of money in a replacement toy from WeVibe as my old one was on its last legs
Yes!!!! But no
I loved the concept of this so much I bought two toys the JIVE and the SYNC by myself for the most part using it with my phone works in close proximity at home, but going out to add a little spice not so much the connection drops out all the time and I can’t exactly reach and fix it in public. My partner also lives far away so when I saw it can connect at a distance I though AMAZING!! He could connect but it didn’t last long and there was a lot of freezing or it would stop working which killed the whole mood so yes the toys are great for self play but nothing more when it comes to the internet connection pleaseeeee fix this!
