This causes camera to turn off during zoom calls.

Okay, after posting a 1-star review, I have now used the app for a little longer, and I can see what it does well. It is actually better than the Logitech Camera Settings app.
It is still frustrating that I cannot change the built-in Mac camera settings, but I assume this is outside the developer's control.
During two live webconferences, the camera would completely drop out. When I got it back online, the image is blue, it had forgotten the green screen settings and it took forever to get back to the saved profile.
I have created a default profile, and the app writes the settings to the Mac every 0.5 seconds. This seems to work.

Can’t Quit? Activity Monitor

This app launches but then doesn’t show up anywhere. When you try to delete it and reinstall it, Mac says app is in use and cannot be trashed. Not showing up in Force Quit menu. FIX: open Activity Monitor, click Webcam Settings, click X in top left and then Quit or Force Quit. Put in Trash empty. Don’t both reinstalling as the problem just reoccurs. It worked once upon a time so that’s why 2 stars.

Microsoft LifeCam Studio

I bought the Microsoft LifeCam Studio to work with other devices to create a multi-camera studio. When I connected the camera I was very dissapointed because it was over exposed. This app saved me hours of time installing patches to make it all work.

The app gives you Basic or Advanced settings and Prefereces. This ability give you a fantastic ability to control third party camers.

In summary, it saved a lot of time, saved us from having to buy other equipment and gives grate control over third party cameras like Microsoft LifeCam Studio.
