Glitchy, unhelpful and outdated
I liked their previous website, the new app is a joke. It’s not the worst bookies app in Australia, but it’s very far from the best. Quality UAT really wasn’t invested in before launch I think. Huge difficulties with depositing more than once a day and no help offered from the team other than telling me to go back to my bank (who said there’s no issues on their end). App freezes up semi-regularly. Wouldn’t recommend personally.

The application is absolute garbage very slow to operate logs in and out while you’re using it. Also I had issues apparently security with my credit card. I’ve gambled with a number of agencies and this is never happened to me. They’re very polite over the phone but I have to transfer money with bonuses. Absolute garbage give you like 20% of what you want to put in. Don’t get me wrong. The customer service was brilliant speaking with but the application is disgusting and slow. The odds they give you is always lower than when you look at the other agencies so they cover themselves. There is no trifectas on the app LOL Just be careful stick to the main ones or the ones I have very good reviews
