Doesn’t work
I have given camera permissions but the screen stays black when I click play. It only has the text and the border but nothing visible from camera. I have restarted phone multiple times and turned my permissions on and off in the privacy settings. I did attempt to seek support before leaving a review however Clicking on ‘App support’ within the App Store just loops me back to the same review spot so that was useless. Using iPhone on the latest IOS version.
Useless app
Despite allowing the app to use my phones camera The app didn’t work and I wasn’t able to enter the weet-bix competition which was very disappointing.
I have made my feelings known to Sanitarium so hopefully it can be fixed before the competition closes.
Doesn’t work
This app cannot engage the camera. Permissions were granted. Looking at the other reviews it seems like this is a common problem.. why not fix it?
