With Wellness, you'll always have the data to describe how you've been feeling. The mood chart shows your moods over time, so you can see every change in your mood — big or small.

Great concept

The design looks nice. I like that it syncs with apple health. Biggest problem is crashing, usually when first opening it. Once it crashes, it doesn’t usually crash if you re open it quickly.

iPad version? More features!

I love using this app! I love the fact it syncs with my health, activity and watch apps!!! This is the only mental health app that I find works well for me and offers these on top of journaling. It tracks my exercise, meditation, sleep, and my moods.

But I would like a few more features, I feel limited in my journaling with no iPad version available. I type better using a physical keyboard. Plus there’s no Mac version either. I would love to see that continuity across Apple devices.
Can there be more range in the journal like stickers? Or tags that we can input to save time? Like offer positive or negative thought, feeling, behaviour tags? Or activity stickers like went out with friends, etc.
Also offer prompts for reflection after the week or month. Or after a bad day? To check-in?

I find it hard to journal when as soon as I’ve filled the space visible in an entry I’m not able to continue seeing what I’m typing. The screen doesn’t lock-on to the new words I’m typing in, they’ll be somewhere hidden below and behind the iPhone keyboard. So I have to scroll every time I type past the keyboard to see what I’m writing.
Plus when I’ve not saved the entry, but go back into the app to finish the words are zoomed in? The font shrinks again once I begin to type but I have no idea where in the entry I just typed. This is time consuming...
When I try to input moods attached to sleep, activity, workouts or meditation I’m not able to see the ‘heart’ colour of the consecutive actions I selected (sleep, activity, workout, meditation). For example I did a workout with strength and cardio entry logged, I’ll input my mood at the end of my time at the gym, so I select the mood of both workouts at the same time. The issue is I can only see strength’s mood but not cardio. I find I have to close the app and log-in again to see both moods there. Sometimes the app closes suddenly, like a force quit, when I’m selecting my mood to multiple activities logged (usually 4 or more).


Nice app but buggy!

Looks sleek and the features are good, especially the health integration and rich notifications. However the app is buggy, 9/10 when I record via a notification it doesn’t get saved. So I’ve had a majority of my data points go missing. Makes it useless in the end.
