Community Crime Prevention and Disruption
WeWatch is a Community Crime Prevention and Disruption app that allows you to immediately notify every other WeWatch user of an incident occurring near you. In as little as 10 seconds, you can keep your neighbourhood safe by providing real-time notifications of suspicious or criminal activity in your area, giving your neighbours valuable time to ensure their properties and belongings are secured. By creating neighbourhood connections, you can do your part in keeping your streets safe!
How it works:
WeWatch is an incident notification system which allows the user to quickly report an incident that they witness, inputting it on an interactive map. The app will then immediately find all users within a 1km radius and notify them of the suspicious activity in the area. This notification will prompt the user to take precautionary measures to ensure their dwellings and properties are secured.

This app has such great potential, it seems tech issues have been resolved and it is really easy to sign up. It has so many tools at the users discretion to update communities on incidents or suspicious activity. There have been a lot of break-ins in the northern rivers, if everyone jumped onboard and put this app to use I think it would really help communities fell united and hopefully prevent further criminal activity
Unable to sign up
I was unable to sign up - presented with a warning message “SMS rate limit exceeded”. I have advised of the fault and awaiting developer response. - I received a reply almost straight away, great support. There are thousands trying to join at the same time following publicity on TV, will he able to join when demand settles down.
This app surely is the best tool available in the war against the new self entitled generation that seems to believe they don’t need to work for anything, just steal what you want and beat up or kill anyone who gets in their way. This can quickly turn the tide and put the power back in the hands of those who have worked long and hard for what they have.

Hi Everyone,
Our community is using this we have noticed that the We Watch App seems to be working really well to inform you all as soon as something is happening near you and I urge you all to get your friends to download it, which will help to keep you safe. There were a few glitches with it initially, but they have been sorted.
