Arrogant Owners of what could be a great product
The graphics and concept are good except for the fairway bunkers, rough (in certain circumstances) and the brush are unrealistic. Camera angles on some courses make for difficulty in adjusting for a shot (but learn and these angles get easier). Very expensive game with many bugs and glitches which many players of the game have shared via the Support Centre but go unheeded, un-acknowledged and more damaging not addressed. The Support Centre when challenged on issues become abrupt, respond with standard responses and do not acknowledge well intentioned feedback re: the issues with the game. It appears WGT are more focussed on revenue than making the game glitch free and adding enhancements. Computer players have far more options than iPad or phone users and new courses are rarely, if ever added. A shame because it is a great game
Ridiculous money grabbing jerks.
It’s a shame that the gameplay is so smooth but they make it impossible to upgrade your equipment without spending a lot of money. You can watch ads for 2 credits at a time (limited to 5 to 10 a day) but a single decent club costs thousands, they offer surveys for credits but you just seem to answer the qualifying questions only to be told you don’t qualify for that survey and have wasted your time with no real rewards. I have been playing for a couple of months and at the point that I will probably delete it. Ridiculously frustrating with no chance to improve your clubs unless you dump a huge amount of money. Just to be clear, the credits to upgrade a full set of clubs would cost you around $500 - $1000.
Unfair
Fantastic game, love it, BUT......
If you miss playing for 1 day, you loose all of your daily XP points and start back at 0, ridiculous. Make it fair and maybe loose $5000 for everyday you miss playing??? Also, when you get a supposed daily spin, who had ever won more than hundreds??? I won 10k once and virtually every other time I win $500 or less. That’s if I get to spin daily. Too many people on a higher level forfeit a game if they hit a bad shot, as it doesn’t affect there stats ect. This needs to be changed. Yes, it’s an easy win but unsportsmanlike no matter how you look at it. New and better clubs are not accessible, as I’m not buying them with real $ or credits. Why can’t we buy better clubs with our winnings??? Still love the game.
